Sometimes you're just not sure what you're craving.

That’s why Suzanne’s business card has two sides. One says “food stylist” and the other “food writer,” depending on what her clients are in the mood for.

Following a successful career in advertising, Suzanne decided to pour her creative juices into something she really loved — food and cooking. So she traded in her sharpened pencils for even sharper knives, graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education, and immediately began working with New York Times columnist and cookbook author Mark Bittman (she’s the woman behind the food appearing in Mark’s column and videos).

Suzanne's food has appeared in magazines, on television, and in over two dozen cookbooks. She is also the author of two cookbooks of her own, GRAZE, Inspiration for Small Plates and Meandering Meals and Truly, Madly Pizza. In addition to her books, Suzanne's writing has been featured in Tin House and The New York Times among other publications.

Suzanne lives with her husband in Manhattan and Connecticut, where she has her own personal pièce de résistance—a wood-burning pizza oven.
