Food stylist. Cookbook author. Bowl maker.
For nearly twenty years Suzanne has been wearing a few different aprons so to speak. As a food stylist she works with commercial and editorial clients to develop recipes and create mouthwatering imagery for print, digital, and broadcast media. While as the author of three acclaimed cookbooks, she devises delicious recipes that reflect her personal culinary sensibility. And yes, she makes wooden bowls on the side (take a peek at sawduststudio.co).
Suzanne's food has appeared in magazines, on television, and in over two dozen cookbooks. She has written three cookbooks including Peckish: Suggestions for the Sophisticated Snacker, GRAZE, Inspiration for Small Plates and Meandering Meals and Truly, Madly Pizza. In addition to her books, Suzanne's writing has been featured in Tin House and The New York Times among other publications.
Suzanne lives with her husband in Connecticut, where in addition to cooking, she is an avid gardener and passionate wood turner.
